Registration
Registration will take place in the Auditorium between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Wayfinding will be available to help guide attendees.
Parking & Entrance Information
Due to ongoing construction at RVH and limited on-site parking, attendees are asked to park in Georgian College Lot N. If Lot N is full, parking is permitted anywhere on the Georgian campus where HONK parking app signage is posted.
Please follow the highlighted trail on the parking map below, which will direct attendees to the Atrium Entrance. Once inside the hospital, signage will direct attendees to the Auditorium on Level 3.
Accessible parking remains available in the RVH parking lots across from the Main Entrance.
